Ancho Chili Sauce

1 Dried Ancho chili, re-hydrated
1 Yellow onion
1/2 c Peeled garlic clove
2 Red bell peppers, roasted and cleaned
2 tb Olive oil
1/2 ts Cumin
1/8 ts Salt
1/4 c Honey
8 oz Can tomato sauce
1/4 c Ground oregano

Method: In a deep skillet, heat olive oil and caramelize onion and garlic cloves. Add all other ingredients, let simmer for 1/2 hour. Cool. Puree in blender.
