Chili Sauce 12 qt Basket of Tomatoes
12 x Good Sized Onions
2 x Sweet Peppers
3 x Hot Peppers
Celery Stalk
3 lb Sugar
5 tb Salt
1 ts Mustard
1 pn White Wine Vinegar
1/4 lb Whole Pickling Spice (in cheesecloth bag)
Chop all vegetables and put in a large pickling pot. Add remaining ingredients and boil for about 3 hours or longer if you want it thicker.
