Hot and Spicy Chili 4 1/4 lb Ground beef
1/3 c Vegetable oil
6 c Onions; chopped
3 c Green bell peppers; chopped
8 c Tomatoes; canned, sliced
10 1/2 c Dark kidney beans; canned, drained
3 1/4 c Water
2 c Chili seasoning mix
3 tb Durkee redhot? cayenne pepper sauce
Salt and pepper; to taste
Sour cream; as needed
Cheddar cheese; shredded, as needed
Brown beef; reserve. Heat oil; saute vegetables (onions & green peppers).
Stir in meat. Stir in tomatoes and all remaining ingredients. Cover. Simmer
20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
