Hot Beer Chili

1 lb Ground beef
1 lb Bulk hot sausage
1 Onion -- chopped
1 sm Garlic clove -- chopped
2 tb Butter
20 oz Chopped tomatoes -- can of
12 oz Tomato paste
1/4 c Chili powder
2 ds Tabasco sauce
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 tb White vinegar
1/2 ts Crushed red pepper
1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
1 ts Bay leaves -- crushed
12 oz Beer

Saute the onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add the ground beef and sausage and cook over medium heat until browned. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, sauces, vinegar, peppers and bay leaves. Stir in the beer and simmer for 2 hours.
