Wyoming Sheepherder Chili

3 lb Ground beef
4 tb Dried onions
1/4 c Chili powder
1 tb Cumin
2 tb Worcestershire
1 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
Salt
Black pepper
1 ts Oregano
1 ts Vinegar
1 cn Stewed tomatoes
1 cn Tomato sauce
Water as necessary

Brown the meat in a heavy pot, drain off the fat and add all the other ingredients. Simmer for at least 2 hours, adding water as needed. Thicken with flour if desired (preferably Masa Harina or ground-up corn tortillas). Serve over rice.
