Hot Chili Dipping Sauce 4 ea Red jalapeno chilies, stemmed and chopped
3 ea Garlic cloves, chopped
2/3 c Honey
2 T Fresh lime juice
2 T Soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Place all the ingredients except the salt and pepper in a blender, and puree until smooth. Season to taste and serve at room temperature. The sauce can be made ahead of time and stored, covered, in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
