Firehouse Chili 1 lb Ground beef
1 c Onions; coarsely chopped
2 Cloves of garlic; crushed
1 cn Tomatoes; crushed (16 oz)
2 tb Green chilies; chopped
1 tb Chili powder
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
Saute beef, onion and garlic until beef is brown. Add remaining
ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
