4 K Chili 5 lb Lean meat; chili grind
1 Onion; chopped
4 Garlic cloves; chopped
1 lg Fresh jalapeno; seeded and chopped
1 cn Beer
2 tb Cumin
4 tb New Mexico grnd red chilies
1 ts Paprika
1 ts Ground black pepper
1 ts Accent
2 ts Salt
1 pk Wick Fowler's Chili Mix
Brown meat. Brown onion, garlic and jalapeno together. Combine
meat with onion mixture, beer, cumin, chilies, paprika, pepper,
Accent, salt and mix. Add Wick Fowler's Mix. Add water to cover. Stir
well. Cook at least hours or until meat is tender.
