Chili Quiche 1/2 c Butter
10 Eggs
1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
Salt; to taste
8 oz Green chili peppr; chop Ortego
1 pt Cottage cheese; small curd
1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese; grated Or 1/2 Cheddar & 1/2 Jack
Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan in oven. Beat eggs lightly. Add flour, bkg pwd and salt; mix well. Add melted butter, cottage cheese, cheeses and peppers. Bake 400-15 minutes; then 350 - 35-40 minutes; or until firm. May be frozen and reheated.
