Chili Deluxe 1 lb Beef
1 sl Salt pork
1 sm Onion
1 cl Garlic
1 tb Flour
1 ts Salt
2 tb Chili powder
1 ts Garlic salt
1 ts Paprika
2 c Tomato sauce
15 oz Can mixed vegetables
2 c Cooked beans
Brown, beef, pork, onion and garlic. add flour, salt, spices and tomato
sauce. Simmer slowly for 1 1/2 hours. Add vegetables and simmer an
additional 30 minutes. For Chili With Beans, you may add beans to simmer.
