Chili Deviled Eggs 6 Eggs; hard cooked, halved lengthwise
2 tb Salsa
1 tb Mayonnaise
1 ts Onion; minced
1 ts Fresh cilantro; finely chop.
1/8 ts Pepper; freshly ground
Remove yolks from eggs, reserving whites. Mash yolks in small bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Fill whites with yolk mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
