Old Time Chili Sauce

1 peck tomatoes, peeled
5 green peppers
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. salt
1 qt. cider vinegar
1 bunch celery
9 lg. onions
7 red hot peppers
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 lbs. white sugar

Place tomatoes in large canning kettle. Grind celery, onions and peppers. Place everything in kettle. Simmer for 2 hours or until juice is cooked down to a good consistency. Stir frequently. Seal in hot, sterile jars.
