Chili Sauce 1 ga Peeled chopped tomatoes
2/3 c Chopped onions
1 1/2 c Chopped green or hot peppers
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Curry powder
5 ts Salt
2 ts Ginger, ground
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Dry mustard
2 c Cider vinegar
Put all ingredients in a non reactive pan. Simmer and stir until thickness desired. Can in sterile pints.
