Old Mexico Chili

1 1/2 lb Beef stew meat; cubed, or 2 lb Hamburger
1 cn Tomato sauce (8oz)
1 cn Tomato paste (6oz)
1 cn Stewed tomatoes (16oz); optional
2 tb Chili powder
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Hot pepper sauce

Place all the ingredients in cooker, mix thoroughly, cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serves four real hungry people or six regular eaters.
