Cowpoke Chili 1/4 c Water
1 Onion; chopped
30 oz Canned chopped tomatoes
1 cn (15-oz) kidney beans
1 cn (15-oz) red beans
1 cn (15-oz) tomato sauce
2 2/3 c Crumbled vegetarian burgers
1 cn (4-oz) chopped green chiles
1 1/2 tb Chili powder; (or to taste)
1 tb Diced jalapenos; (or to taste)
2 ts Ground cumin
2 ts Brown sugar
2 ts Wonderslim cocoa powder
1 1/2 ts Ground oregano
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
Place water and onion in large pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3
minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook, uncovered, over low heat for
30 minutes. Serve over rice or baked potatoes.
