Cheesy Chili and Chips

1 lb Ground beef
16 oz Tomatoes; canned, undrained
6 oz Tomato paste
1 tb Chili powder
1 tb Onions; minced
1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
2 c Corn chips

Brown meat, stir in tomatoes, paste and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes and add cheese , stir until melted. Serve over chips.
